Terms of Service

GEO Visibility Auditor at https://geov.app lets you submit a domain, receive a rule-based audit of AI crawler access, /llms.txt, FAQ or Organization JSON-LD, and answer-style paragraphs, and download a fix kit you edit and paste yourself. We do not publish changes to your CMS. We do not promise that ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Google, or any other system will cite, rank, or recommend the site.

You must be able to form a contract and you must have the right to scan each domain you submit. Do not submit a site you do not control unless the operator asked you to audit it. Do not use the fetcher to hammer a target, to collect personal data, or to break another site’s access rules beyond a single polite read of robots.txt, /llms.txt, and the homepage.

You can run one completed free scan without a paid plan. A failed fetch does not use that credit. Signing in keeps the domain on your site list. You are responsible for the email address you use and for keeping the magic link private. We may refuse or close an account that abuses the scanner or the free limit.

Paid plans are shown on the pricing section: Free, Starter at about $29 per month, Pro at about $79 per month, and an optional credit pack at about $19 for 10 extra scans. Prices can change for new purchases; the price you accept at checkout is the price for that purchase.

Creem is the merchant of record. Creem processes the payment, applicable taxes, and the customer payment record. GEO Visibility Auditor does not store your card number. Until Creem keys are configured, checkout returns a stub and does not charge you. A local demo plan, when shown, is a workspace label only and is not a payment.

Subscriptions renew until you cancel through Creem. Credit packs, when sold, are for extra scans. The profile record does not yet store a credit balance, so a credits purchase is acknowledged and not applied automatically until that field exists. Refunds follow Creem’s buyer rules and any mandatory consumer right in your place of residence.

The report and the fix kit are drafts based on public pages at the time of the scan. Crawler rules, schema, and answer engines change. You review every bracketed line before you publish it. llms.txt is optional and is not a Google requirement. Citation tracking is not part of the current service.

You keep all rights in your site. You give us a limited right to fetch and store the public pages needed to build your report. The software, scoring, and page design of GEO Visibility Auditor stay with the operator. You may use the fix-kit text you publish on your own site.

The service is provided as available. Audits can miss a rule, mis-read HTML, or fail when a site blocks the fetch. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, a particular score, or any commercial outcome from publishing the fix kit.

To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for lost profits, lost citations, or indirect damages arising from the scan or from a file you choose to publish. If a mandatory consumer law limits this section, that law wins. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You may stop using the service at any time and may email reports@geov.app to close an account. We may suspend access if you break these terms or if the fetcher is being used to harm another site. Ending use does not erase a payment Creem has already processed.

These terms are between you and the individual operator of https://geov.app. They do not name a corporation or a fake registered office. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply. If a dispute is not required to be heard elsewhere, it is handled under the law that applies to that individual operator.
